1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using THRIMA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Account creation may require an explicit checkbox confirming this agreement.
2. Age requirements
THRIMA may be used by users who are legally permitted to use the service in their country or region. If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement, you must use THRIMA only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians who allow a minor to use THRIMA are responsible for supervising their use of the service and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that enables abuse or bypasses service limits.
4. Upload rights and consent
You may upload only images that you own or have permission and legal authority to use. If another person appears in an image, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required to submit and edit that image.
You must not use THRIMA for non-consensual, exploitative, deceptive, illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing image edits.
5. AI-generated results
AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, artifacts, unexpected clothing details, or inaccurate visual elements. THRIMA does not guarantee that a result will match a selected style perfectly or be suitable for every purpose. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.
6. Credits, generations, and local cache
Generations may require credits. The number of credits granted or charged can change as the service evolves. When the generation backend reports a failed request, THRIMA may refund the generation credit in accordance with the current product behavior.
To avoid unnecessary repeat requests, the same image and selected style may reuse a valid result stored in your browser cache. A cache hit does not call the generation API and therefore does not consume a new generation credit. Cached results are device/browser specific and may be cleared or expire.
7. Advertising and rewards
THRIMA may display advertising or offer ad-supported rewards. Optional advertising scripts are subject to the cookie choices described in the Privacy Policy. Availability of ads, rewards, and reward values may vary and is not guaranteed.
8. Prohibited use
- Using the service for illegal activity or to violate another person's rights.
- Creating sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors.
- Creating non-consensual intimate, exploitative, or abusive imagery.
- Using another person's image without the permission or legal authority required to edit it.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, credit systems, safety controls, moderation systems, or technical limits.
- Attacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service in an abusive manner.
- Using generated content to impersonate, defraud, harass, exploit, or intentionally mislead others.
9. Service availability
THRIMA may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, styles, credit rules, providers, or other parts of the service. AI generation can also be unavailable because of provider limits, maintenance, moderation, network errors, or other technical conditions.
10. Intellectual property
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your original uploads. THRIMA's website design, branding, code, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of an AI output is also subject to applicable law and any relevant third-party rights.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs and service availability are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, THRIMA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, user uploads, user misuse, third-party services, or AI output inaccuracies.
12. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to abuse, enforce these Terms, prevent misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as THRIMA changes. The current version and its update date will be posted here. If a material update requires new acceptance, the service may ask you to agree again before continuing.
