1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to the THRIMA website and its AI virtual try-on features. Do not upload images of minors to the virtual try-on service.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use THRIMA, we may process:
- Account information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile information supplied by an identity provider when you choose Google sign-in.
- Uploaded images, selected clothing styles, and generated images while providing the AI generation service.
- Credit balances, reward events, generation status information, and limited technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
- Device, browser, cookie-consent, and advertising-related data when optional advertising technologies are enabled by you.
3. How uploaded and generated images are handled
Images you submit are sent to the generation infrastructure only so THRIMA can create the requested virtual try-on result. The web application does not intentionally add uploaded or generated images to a permanent server-side gallery by default. Generation providers may process image data transiently as necessary to return the result.
For faster repeat use, the website may store up to eight recent generated results in your own browser using IndexedDB. Cached results expire after up to seven days and stay on that browser/device unless you clear them earlier. You can use the Clear cache control shown with a generated result or clear site data in your browser.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
THRIMA uses essential first-party cookies for secure authentication, account sessions, security, and remembering your cookie choice. These are necessary for signed-in features to work.
Optional advertising scripts are loaded only after you select Accept all. Advertising partners may then use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. If you select Essential only, THRIMA does not load the optional advertising scripts that are gated by this consent control. You can reopen Cookie settings from the site footer and change your choice.
5. Why we use information
- To create and maintain your account and authenticated session.
- To provide AI virtual try-on generations and manage credits.
- To prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service.
- To remember your privacy and cookie choices.
- To display optional advertising when you have consented to those technologies.
6. Service providers
THRIMA relies on infrastructure and service providers to operate the website. These can include Supabase for authentication and account data, Vercel for web hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure for AI image processing, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and advertising providers when optional advertising is enabled. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data retention
Account and credit-related records may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Browser-side generation cache entries are automatically limited as described above. Technical logs may be retained for a limited operational period.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose essential-only cookies, clear locally cached generated images, stop using Google sign-in, or stop using the service. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other treatment of your personal information. Requests may be made through the support/contact method published by THRIMA.
9. Security
THRIMA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account credentials and use only images you are comfortable submitting for processing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we may ask users to accept updated terms or privacy information again.
